FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Hit the mark with RAA!

Q - Why is Adventure such an effective learning vehicle?

When people are experiencing some type of Adventure, vivid and indelible memories are created. This is because they experience a heightened sense of awareness in this Adventure zone. People remember with incredible detail when they experience this elevated state. As a result, Adventure is the best vehicle for learning. Period.

That is why Rediscover the Art of Adventure has been built in this manner. It works.

Q - Is Rediscover the Art of Adventure (RAA) exclusively for thrill seekers?

No! RAA caters to all types of people, old, young, fit as a fiddle, couch potato-esque, physically-challenged, adrenaline fiends, introverts, travelers or homebodies. While some RAA activities might encourage you to get out of your comfort zone, our program is designed for everyone.

Q - Tell me more about your programs. How can I attend an RAA program?

The best way to get involved is to contact us directly. A variety of different programs are being offered in the coming year - including some in partnership with top quality companies such as Inquarta and KayakPowell.

Please sign up for the RAA weekly E-lert and not only will you be getting valuable tips and information for free, you'll find out about what is being featured at RAA and be given priority notice and pricing for future programs.

Q - Is there a book about RAA?

Not yet. However, materials are being produced right now and there will be a book in the future. If you would like to be alerted when the book is out, please give us your name and email address. We will contact you so you can be among the first to get a copy!

Q - I'd like to share one of my personal adventures with other people so they can benefit, too. How can I contribute?

It would be great to hear about any adventures you've experienced that are unique. In particular, positive adventures where you were able to transform some aspect of your life would be welcomed. Bonus points will be given for creative solutions, extraordinary attitudes or thought processes during any adventure.
