This program is specifically designed to incorporate feedback into the culture of a business so that it is a valuable and welcomed regular ritual. Simply put, feedback is essential because at its root, it is how a business prospers. Constant and vigilant course corrections are necessary to steer a business towards success. Keeping employees happy and motivated with clear direction is essential to maintain a high level of performance and satisfaction.

Feedback should be embraced. This program is designed to make the actual systemic learning into an Adventure. As a result feedback will become an inherent part of doing business. Embracing feedback regularly will be another benefit. This is important; if a sailor consulted her windspeed indicator, compass and weather reports once every six months, she would not be a successful sailor.

What works and what doesn’t work becomes evident through feedback. Optimization, innovation and creativity can result is leaps forward when a feedback system is implemented.

Program objectives:

  1. Introduce training module for Giving and Receiving CAP Feedback
  2. Using experiential games and activities, put tools and techniques into practice
  3. Provide visuals and workbooks to serve as a foundation for future CAP Feedback Module program development
  4. Augment retention through review of content and practical testing
  5. Create a safe environment and develop ‘Code of Conduct’ for feedback system
  6. Measure impact of training via pre and post training survey and coaching
  7. Transform attitude towards feedback through training, thereby increasing overall employee and client satisfaction
  8. Impact Company bottom line positively with constant improvement of performance through implementation of CAP Feedback Module
  9. Prepare participants to teach and develop CAP Feedback within their organization
  10. Celebrate completion of training!
